For three generations, the Desantis family has owned the same olive groves in the surroundings of Giovinazzo, a little town near Bari, Puglia. Grown in a rural area devoted to olive oil culture, the trees belonging to the producer's family are centuries old. Now, the owner, named Benedetta, for her grandmother, uses only organic methods to obtain a simple and healthy nutritional product and preserve the gorgeous Apulian landscape.
