Our Buza extra virgin olive oil is crafted from olives grown in our olive groves in Istria. These are transferred to the mill and pressed right away in order to ensure the freshest possible product arrives in your kitchen.

About Avistria
Founded in 2015, Avistria DOO owns about 85 hectares of red-soiled land in Sveti Lovrec, Istria. Avistria aspires to cultivate up to 15,000 olive trees following organic standards but currently produces olive oil from 35 hectares with approximately 400 old and 1,600 young trees. Avistria focuses on typical Istrian and certain Italian varieties. "Green" harvested olives, hand or vibro-picked with nets, same-day production with the highest standards in a modern "Pieralisi" oil mill.
