Estate Blend combines the Spanish olive varieties of Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina. Hojiblanca has a medium-robust intensity and an aroma of fresh-cut grass and apples. The Picual has an aroma of wheatgrass and the taste of green vegetables with a medium body and sweet buttery taste. It finishes with a peppery kick that gives it an extra layer of flavor.

As a boutique olive orchard in the heart of the Livermore Wine Country, our family strives to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil. We take pride in our sustainable growing practices to offer a clean, filtered and flavorful product. We began planting in 2013 and harvested the first crop in 2017. Our inaugural harvest, containing Hojiblanca and Picual olives, produced an award-winning extra virgin olive oi. The Estate & Italian blends continue to receive awards.
