Kristofola olive oil is produced in Istria, Croatia, in vicinity of picturesque city, Bale, on the location of old Roman olive gardens with a view on Brijuni islands. Kirstofola monovarietal oil is produced from local Istrian olive variety Buža. The oil is light green to golden color and has an intensive fruit flavor with the presence of bitter and piquant notes. The oil is the rhapsody of fresh olive fruit and aromatic herbs fragrance.
