Sine Die
Sine Die is a particular line of the Gnavolini brand. It represents a reserve, a grand cru of the company's production. It is a potential d.o.p Colli Assisi Spoleto extra virgin olive oil obtained from green olives harvested in October from centuries-old groves between the hills of Assisi and Spello. It is processed daily in a Pieralisi Leopard 6 DMF using SENECO ultrasound extraction. Immediately filtered and kept under argon gas. Intense and fresh fruit, cut grass, artichokes and flowers.
Where to Find Gnavolini Raccolta Sapore, an Umbrian agri-food company, was born at the foot of the famous city of Assisi in the early 1980s out of the passion that has always linked Roberto Gnavolini to the products of our land and continues with the love and dedication that his son Gianmichele applies and supports in the many burdens and sacrifices that the meticulousness of this wonderful work requires.
