Our Provençale extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Columella, Nocellara del Belice, Arbequina and Arbosana olives. These olive varietals produce very mild, smooth and fruity olive oils. They are harvested and milled late in the season to maximize the sweet and buttery notes of the fruit. Our olive oils are all made on our family farm in the Ojai Valley from organically grown olives and are all unfiltered, first-cold-press, and ethically and sustainably produced.

Ojai Olive Oil is a third-generation, family-owned and operated organic permaculture farm in California's stunning Ojai Valley. Our core heritage grove is nearly 200 years old, and the farm has been producing olives and olive oil since the 1800s. We grow a dozen different varieties and craft a range of EVOOs, including select monovarietals, our trademark blends, and a series of infused olive oils. We are committed to sustainable olive oil production for generations to come.
