Castiglioncelli
Castiglioncelli is a PGI extra virgin olive oil produced in the hills of Tuscany. It has a green, clear appearance and a well-balanced profile. The oil is complex and clean on the nose, offering herbaceous and vegetal notes. Its taste is enveloping and refined, with hints of artichoke emerging on the finish. It features medium bitterness and a well-measured spiciness. This harmonious oil has a strong flavor while maintaining exceptional elegance.
