Tratturo* de Fronteira
Tratturo* de Fronteira is a high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil made from carefully selected Galega olives and milled within hours of harvest. It has a high number of phenols and, therefore, nutraceutical value. It is a moderately bitter and spicy, with marked notes of olive leaf, fresh grass, red apple and dry nuts.
Where to Find We are a 10-hectare farm in Alto Alentejo, Portugal, where the sun always shines. Our olives are Galega and Cobrançosa, exclusively Portuguese cultivars, cared for by the principles of regenerative agriculture. We have a private mill with state-of-the-art equipment, which allows us to monitor and take full responsibility for our products.
