Krvavica is a rare autochthonous olive tree that grows in the hinterland of Skradin in Dalmatia, Croatia. It is handpicked in October and cold-pressed within eight hours from the harvest. Krvavica olive oil has an intense and complex fruity taste with well-balanced piquancy and bitterness.

For more than two centuries, the Birin family has cultivated olives. Now, a new generation has proudly taken over this tradition, respecting the experience and knowledge of our ancestors while adopting modern agro-technical methods. We grow several sorts of olive trees in five different locations in the hinterland of Dalmatia, Croatia. Olives are harvested by hand and processed within 12 hours of the harvest by cold pressing. Our oil is of extra virgin quality with excellent characteristics.
