Mandranova Nocellara
This green oil with golden hues is intensely fruity with hints of fresh grass, artichoke and tomato. An Italian monocultivar of the Nocellara del Belice variety, it harmonizes its bitter and spicy characteristics perfectly.
Where to Find Mandranova is a family-run farm in Sicily with a long tradition—our olive grove has trees that are hundreds of years old. Our extra virgin olive oils are obtained from monocultivar olives, which are pressed differently according to each variety. Methodical control of each production stage ensures that we obtain products of the highest quality.
