The Italian Blend combines Frantoio, Coratina and Pendolino olives. Frantoio is an outstanding oil-producing variety that is well known for producing oil with a rich, fruity flavor. Combining it with the robust, tangy and bitter flavor of Coratina and the mild flavor of Pendolino enables us to produce an incredibly smooth yet tangy oil.

As a boutique olive orchard in the heart of the Livermore Wine Country, our family strives to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil. We take pride in our sustainable growing practices to offer a clean, filtered and flavorful product. We began planting in 2013 and harvested the first crop in 2017. Our inaugural harvest, containing Hojiblanca and Picual olives, produced an award-winning extra virgin olive oi. The Estate & Italian blends continue to receive awards.
