Frantoio Buraschi was born in 1966 from Otello Buraschi's passion for oil. Since then, the company has grown as the love for work and the extra virgin olive oil passed on to his daughters, Alessandra and Emanuela, who continue the family tradition. The activity of the mill begins at the end of September until the end of December. In this period, olives from the territory of Montepulciano and the surrounding area are processed.
