I’m Maya, founder of Alya. After growing up on my family’s farm, Eagle Olive Oil, in Tunisia, I faced health challenges in the U.S. due to my diet. During a visit home, my grandmother recommended extra virgin olive oil on an empty stomach, and it transformed my health, healing my gut and reducing inflammation. Our farm has been producing organic, unfiltered olive oil for over 30 years, and our Chetoui oil is packed with over 1,800 mg/kg polyphenols.
