Mas des Bories extra virgin olive oil is produced in the AOP Provence region. It is balanced, green and fruity extra virgin olive oil obtained from a blend of our three single variety oils: Salonenque, Bouteillan and Aglandau. Our AOP Provence oil has a great aromatic complexity, slight peppery notes and a hint of bitterness that reinforce its aromatic bouquet.

Our passion for olive oil begins in our orchards with the attention paid to our trees throughout the year. The search for total quality at the expense of productivity, the pleasure of taking care of details and a choice of authenticity shape our vision of top-of-the-range craftsmanship. A family business located in the commune of Salon de Provence, France, the Earl Mas des Bories comprises 1,700 olive trees and a private mill located in the very heart of the olive grove.
