Melissinos Estate is a family-run farm in western Greece. Our 40-hectare property contains 4,000 olive trees, including many wild olive trees that we nurture and harvest, thus creating a unique blend of organic olive oil. The soil, blue clay and microclimate are beneficial to the wellbeing of the olive trees, which respond by producing exceptional fruit. The harvest is done by hand and the use of motorized equipment is kept to a minimum.

We are a family-owned operation in western Greece aiming to produce the highest quality organic olive oil possible. Our understanding of the health benefits of olive oil motivates and sustains our efforts. One of the main goals of the estate is to revive and restore ancient olive tree varieties to increase the nutritional and medicinal value of our olive oil. Our 40-hectare property contains about 4,000 olive trees, including many wild olive trees that we nurture and harvest.
