Sicilian Blend

Our Sicilian Blend was harvested in December 2023 and is a smooth and buttery oil yet grassy with hints of ripe fruit. It is hand-picked, cold-pressed, and certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.! Additional olive varietals included in our blend are Nocellara Del Belice (Castelvetrano) and Bella di Cerignola from Sicily.

We are a small farm in Southern California that practices sustainable farming. Our olives are grown with care by our owner and ranch staff. We carefully handpick all of our olives and mill them within 48 hours in-house by our owner/miller. We are a proud member of the California Olive Oil Council, and all of our extra virgin olive oil has been certified by the COOC.
