Royal Oil
Our Italian beauties (Frantoio, Coratina, Pendolino and Leccino olive trees) are harvested by hand and milled on the same day (November 18, 2023) to get the healthiest and highest-quality extra virgin olive oil. We blend ripe and green olives to get a complex, balanced, grassy and elegant flavor profile and mouth feel. Hints of almond, artichoke and rosemary linger in your mouth, with a modest grassy and peppery finish.
Where to Find We are a boutique, micro-producer from Paso Robles, California. Our Italian queens (the olive trees) are lovingly farmed, delicately picked by hand, and expertly milled hours later. We farm using organic principles, respecting and protecting the earth, air and water that nuture our trees.
