Our Valencano Buža organic extra virgin olive oil was produced at a unique location in the hinterland of the northern Adriatic close to Bale, Istria, under the influence of the deep red soil and the Mediterranean climate. The oil of that brand was made hand harvested from approximately 280 trees of the Buža variety.

Valencano is a small company located in Bale, Istria, Croatia. With the purchase of Valencano (formerly Firmas), Conny and Jörg fulfilled a big dream of owning an organic farm in spring 2022. Our company's only goal is to produce organic extra virgin olive oil.
