Le Clarisse extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from a single estate of 600 trees in the countryside of Umbria, Italy. It is certified organic and bottled in small batches. This extra virgin olive oil features a complex blend of herbaceous and fruity notes with a medium to bold intensity. It has a low acidity of less than 0.17% and a high polyphenol content exceeding 900 mg/kg.
