Rastrello Single Family
This internationally awarded, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-picked Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Dolce Agogia, Rosciola dell’Umbria and Nero di Panicale olives grown on a family farm in Umbria. Most of the 2,000 trees are 400 years old, making Rastrello Single Family a heritage blend. The farm is certified organic and holds the Colle del Trasimeno PDO. Rastrello operates as a traditional farm, relying primarily on natural irrigation.
Where to Find We are a family-run farm in Umbria, Italy. Our grove is made up of 2,000 trees, most of which are more than 400 years old. We manage our groves with no-till and no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We are certified organic and PDO Umbria, Colle del Trasimeno (Trasimeno hills).
