This is a cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil made from Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio, Borsciona and Pendolino olives and other hyperlocal varieties. When we source from trusted friends, we know exactly how they treat their trees, and we make sure that they follow the same practices we do, especially no chemicals and no-till agriculture. Every farm that these olives are picked from has ancestral groves, which is why we call this our Umbrian Heritage Blend extra virgin olive oil.

About Rastrello

We are a family-run farm in Umbria, Italy. Our grove is made up of 1,400 trees, most of which are more than 400 years old. We manage our groves with no-till and no-chemical fertilizers nor pesticides.
