Rastrello Heritage

This is a cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil made from Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio, Borsciona and Pendolino olives with other local varieties. When we source from trusted friends, we know exactly how they treat their trees, and we make sure that they follow the same practices we do, explicitly using no chemicals and no-till agriculture. Every farm that these olives are picked from has ancestral groves, which is why we call this our Umbrian Heritage Blend extra virgin olive oil.
