Olio della Valle Ogliarola Garganica

Olio della Valle is produced at a single estate in Vieste. The trees are located within the protected Gargano National Park on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the village of Vieste. A nearby private mill is used to minimize any cross-contamination. The Ogliarola Garganica has good fruitiness, low bitterness and marked spiciness with notes of freshly cut grass and green apple.

Mariella & Grace operates in Vieste, Italy, on the Adriatic coast of Gargano. A lesser-known Italian region, Gargano is a protected sub-region of northern Puglia. Because of the ideal climate and careful land preservation of Gargano National Park, some of the highest quality, most unadulterated products in the world come from here. A newcomer to the North American market, we hope to bring these natural gifts of Vieste to your kitchen in the United States.
