Maraviglia EVOO comes from Monte San Savino, Tuscany, and is a wonderful expression of the traditional blend of Frantoiano, Morellino and Leccino olives. Our oil hits the nose with an explosion of freshly cut grass and artichoke notes. On the palate, it has a vibrant and complex herbal taste, with hints of green peppers and unripe almonds. Its intense freshness soon evolves into a pleasant bitterness and a striking spiciness, indicating the rich presence of polyphenols.
