Maraviglia

By Agricola Maraviglia

Maraviglia EVOO comes from Monte San Savino, Tuscany, and is a wonderful expression of the traditional blend of Frantoiano, Morellino and Leccino olives. Our 2020/21 harvest hits the nose with an explosion of freshly cut grass and artichoke notes. On the palate, it has a vibrant and complex herbal taste, with hints of green peppers and unripe almonds. Its intense freshness soon evolves into a pleasant bitterness and a striking spiciness, an indication of the rich presence of polyphenols.

About Agricola Maraviglia

With our oil, we lead a collective effort to restore small family-owned olive groves that are abandoned season after season. We are committed to our heritage, reclaiming the knowledge and techniques of our ancestors to revive the culture and legacy of Tuscan olive oil. We are also committed to the land and people, working for the environment and beautifying our lands first while partnering with local family farms who care about our land.
