With our oil, we lead a collective effort to restore small family-owned olive groves that are abandoned season after season. We are committed to our heritage, reclaiming the knowledge and techniques of our ancestors to revive the culture and legacy of Tuscan olive oil. We are also committed to the land and people, working for the environment and beautifying our lands while partnering with local family farms that care about our land.
