Elaïa is a high-quality PDO Corsica extra virgin olive oil. The olives are picked by hand and are immediately milled. The harvest takes us around 15 to 20 days. We store and bottle our oils in a refrigerated room.
Located between the sea and mountains on the eastern plain in Linguizzetta, the estate extends over almost four hectares of family land. For 14 years, I have been growing an olive variety from the region, the Germana di Casinca. Over time, I learned to prune, treat my trees and harvest their fruits to produce superior-quality PDO olive oil. Planting olive trees was obvious; it's the tree of life.
