MAS Bjelica
This extra virgin olive oil is made of the Istarska Bjelica cultivar, grown and matured in Istria, Croatia. The olives are hand-picked and then cold-pressed the same day. Its flavor is predominantly bitter and peppery, and it pairs well with dishes with pronounced flavors, such as grilled meat, mature cheeses, prosciutto and desserts.
Where to Find Settled 1,200 meters from the Adriatic Sea, our olive trees grow near Poreč, Istria, Croatia. We produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil from Bjelica, Leccino, Rošinjola, Pendolino and Ascolana olives.
