Safitad Early Harvest EVOO has light green hues and an intense and clear golden yellow color. Its saturated and robust aroma contains very delicate fruity flavors of medium-ripe tomato, banana and white apple, as well as notes of basil, mint and parsley. Elegant and complex in taste, there are traces of fresh broad beans, lettuce and celery. Bitterness and sharpness are evident, but it leaves a sweet aftertaste in the mouth.
