Bio Green
We market a premium extra virgin olive oil made from organic olives, mainly Hojiblanca, Arbequina and Picuda varieties. The olfactory sensations of this EVOO begin with an intense fruity green olive where its aromatic complexity has fruity notes such as banana, apple and floral notes like rosemary. The softness and delicacy in the mouth makes all the senses open to the flavors that perfectly combine banana with herbal flavors. The bitterness and spiciness are delicate and harmonious.
Where to Find Aceites Canoliva started on March 16, 2015, when Pepe Cano brought his sons into the family company and embarked on a new business venture with them. Cano learned the business from his father, Antonio, in 1968, when the family settled in the town of Luque, Córdoba, and purchased and restored a 100-year-old traditional mill. In the 1980s, Cano broadened his horizons and started conducting research on the different olive varieties to obtain his oils. This effort led to numerous awards.
