Our certified-organic extra virgin olive oil is our hero product that started it all. A complex and beautifully balanced blend of seven Italian varieties grown on our California ranch: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina and Leccio del Corno. The most prominent flavors in this year's oil are sweet almond, artichoke and lemon, with pungent aromas of fresh-cut grass and tomato leaf. This oil has range, from the everyday cook to professional chefs alike.
