Our Natural extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a single grove and stands out with its low acidity, fruity and aromatic character. This olive oil, which contains high amounts of antioxidant components, is obtained by cold pressing at 25 ºC.

Köstem Organic Olive Farm was founded by Levent and Güler Köstem in 2004 in the village of Urla. Organic and natural agriculture policies are being developed on our farm, which overlooks the winds coming from Çeşme's Ildır and Urla's Zeytineli bays, to produce "quality and perfect organic olive oil."
