It’s a nice feeling to participate for the first time and get Gold and Silver Awards We sent our two brands and these results show us that we are doing well.
Ivica Ljubenkov said about the award
Dalmatinsko, a medium blend produced by Zumah, earned a Gold Award at the world's most prestigious olive oil quality competition. Meanwhile, Zlatna Oblica, a delicate Oblica from Damir Zečić, earned a Silver Award.
"It’s a nice feeling to participate for the first time and get Gold and Silver Awards," said Ivica Ljubenkov, the union's chief executive. "We sent our two brands, and these results show us that we are doing well. We will use them in the marketing of our oils."
Both oils were produced in Dalmatia, and the two awards cap off an otherwise excellent harvest season for local producers.
