Situated in Lazio, the producer earned its seventh accolade at the world's largest olive oil quality contest for an organic medium-intensity blend of Frantoio, Arbequina and Canino olives.
"Winning at the NYIOOC is the best sensation ever, knowing that all the hard work during the year is paying off," marketing manager Luca Maria Centaro said.
The award is especially gratifying after a challenging harvest for the central Italian producer.
"The harvest this year was very hard for us, as it was for many other producers in different ways," Centaro said. "Thanks to our effort, we managed not to have many losses, and we are proud of our job that is and always will inspired by the love for the earth. Goodness is the only investment that never fails."
