Winning at the NYIOOC is the best sensation in my life. It was a very challenging year, but we made it through.

In the 2020/21 crop year, the company produced 5,000 tons of organic extra virgin olive oil in Lazio from Frantoio, Leccino and Canino olives using traditional methods.

Despite the climatic and Covid-19-related challenges faced by the producer in 2020, San Bartolomeo earned the Gold Award for its organic medium blend.

"Winning at the NYIOOC is the best sensation in my life," Luca María Centaro said. "It was a very challenging year, but we made it through."
