The Central California producer earned awards for five medium-intensity blends: Tuscan Gold Paradiso, Tuscan Gold Fantastico, Tuscan Gold Eleganza, Tuscan Gold Magnifico and Tuscan Gold Eleganza Elite.
With 26 awards since 2017, San Miguel Olive Farm is the fifth most awarded company at the World Competition.
"This win solidifies our passion as producers of award-winning extra virgin olive oil," said owners Richard and Myrna Meisler. "The media coverage increases the tourism aspect of San Miguel Olive Farm. The five Gold Awards will be a highlight in our tasting room."
The awards cap off a bumper crop year for San Miguel Olive Farm, which harvests Frantoio, Leccino and Maurino using traditional methods.
"Our olives were smaller, and it took much longer since we hand-harvested," the Meislers said. "Even with five harvest days, we couldn’t finish. Costs were extremely high."
