Az. Ag. Misciattelli Bernardini Wins Gold
Azienda Agraria Misciattelli Bernardini from Italy has won a Gold Award at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.
The Umbrian producer earned its debut World Competition award for its Ripalta Colli Orvietani PDO, a medium blend.
"It is a great satisfaction; it repays all the sacrifices made to get to the production of our oil," owner Girolamo Misciattelli Bernadini said. "Our commitment and love for this work are recognized and rewarded."

In the 2024/25 crop year, Azienda Agraria Misciattelli Bernardini produced 1,520 liters of extra virgin olive oil using traditional methods.
"Ours is a territory where the majority of olive groves are abandoned," Misciattelli Bernadini said. "We chose not to plant new olive groves in our company but to recover old plants and save them, making them productive again."
"Initially, the work was more demanding, but after a year, we already had a new harvest available to produce our oil," he added.
Azienda Agraria Misciattelli Bernardini is listed in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
