This journey brought me to the southern region of Puglia, an agriculturally rich and productive area known for distinctive and high-quality olives. The sun is intense in this region, and olive trees dominate the beautiful landscape as far as the eye can see. The dream of capturing the taste and aroma I have loved since childhood is now a reality.
