Calistoga Press is family-owned and located in the heart of the Napa Valley. It is home to our small grove of 140 olive trees. The hot, sunny days and cool nights of Calistoga provide the environment that perfects our fruit. For the past decade, we have delighted in producing just under 100 gallons of award-winning, certified extra virgin olive oil each year. Harvested by hand when many olives are still green, we mill within a day to ensure we offer oil of the highest quality and freshness.
