This monovarietal extra virgin olive oil is made with Nocellara del Belice olives. A Premier Cru, all the olives are from a selected area inside a single olive grove located in Sicily, Italy. This 100-percent organic EVOO is a PGI-certified product with a high level of polyphenols. The olives are carefully selected, and cold extracted a few hours after harvest. The resulting oil is medium-fruity with low acidity.

From the family olive groves on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily and other small, excellent, selected areas in the region, Enzo produces high-quality extra virgin olive oils. All the EVOOs in the collection are Crus, 100-percent organic, Italian products and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certified. High in polyphenols, the EVOOs reached the European Union's Health Claim (Regulation EU 432/2012).
