Our organic Monocultivar Taggiasca EVOO boasts notes of artichoke and leaves that leave room for the maturation of the sweet varietal almond and pine nut notes. Cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvesting in the company mill, the entire production chain is followed by the Ferrarese family. Our oil is subjected every year to chemical and organoleptic analysis to guarantee its quality.
Where to Find Tèra de Prie is managed by the Ferrarese family, with Franco and his son, Nicola, at the forefront. We inherited this passion from those who preceded us: our family has been cultivating olive groves since at least 1700. After all, we live in one of the areas best-suited to olive growing in the Mediterranean.
