We squeeze our specially selected olives without adding any additives and without any chemical process. We store it in stainless steel tanks without allowing it to come into contact with air. We specially bottle and ship to order. We do not know how long it will remain on sale due to its very limited quantity. Trying to describe its taste and aroma is futile. It is better to try it yourself.
Overlooking the ruins of Homer's Troy and the entrance of the Dardanelle Straits, our farm has been an olive-growing region for more than 3,000 years.
