This delicious, organic olive oil consists of three varieties: Moriolo, Leccino and Frantoio. and is known for its healthy and strikingly tasteful olive oil. The olives are hand-picked and pressed traditionally within six hours of the harvest. The result is a top-quality, fairly-produced extra virgin olive oil. The extra virgin label is due to acidity and purity, which is up to three times lower than the quota imposed.

Bringing an old, overgrown olive grove back to production was the challenge for Astrid and Jean-Luc Decroo. A few years later, with the help of locals, a lot of study, patience and focus on quality and sustainability, Casa Astrid's EVOO is highly appreciated by consumers and chefs. What started as a hobby became a passion for producing a fully controlled, genuine, artisanal and excellent product for a restricted number of knowledgeable customers.
