Patagonia Gourmet Blend
Patagonia Gourmet Blend is obtained from three olive varieties irrigated by meltwater from the Andes. The extra virgin olive oil is harvested early and made within six hours. It is spicy and bitter with a strong flavor. The oil is fruity with vegetable aromas and flavors, including freshly cut herbs. It has a strong intensity and ideally accompanies grilled red meats, poultry, cheeses, hams, sausages, raw salads and bread. Certificate: Geographic Identification Mendoza, Kosher and gluten-free.
