Zlatna Šoltanka Oblica

Šoltanska Oblica has been grown on the small, rocky island of Šolta since ancient times. It is the most widespread Croatian variety and comprises 30 percent of Zlatna Šoltanka's olive grove. This Oblica EVOO has delicate fruitiness, slight bitterness and moderate spiciness. The oil abounds in the fragrant aromas of herbs. It goes well with white fish, shellfish, shrimp, and fine salads.
