Early harvest that is collected in October, our Ayvalik variety of olives are at the highest level of antioxidant, polyphenol and aroma with a maximum 22 degrees, within the same day, with the cold pressure technique. Our products are passed through paper filters immediately after spinning.

About Capella Zeytinyağı

The fertile and lifeless olive tree offers us bright and quality olives grown in the most fertile soil and clean air of the North Aegean. Fadime and Recai Öztürk give this name to their olive oil, inspired by the glow of Capella, the brightest star in the Auriga constellation. Fadime Öztürk, one of the founders of Capella Olive Oil, graduated from METU, Faculty of Administrative Sciences in 1997 and worked in the finance and banking sector.
