Arula extra virgin olive oil comes from Buje, in northwestern Istria. Arula olive oils reflect the soul of the Istrian land, people and autochthonous olive varieties. In mid-October, three generations of the family pick olives by hand. Immediately after harvesting, the olives are brought to the mill, where cold processing begins.
