This organic extra virgin olive oil is a coupage—a mix of several olive varieties: Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Levantinka and Oblica. Our Blend has an intense and very refined aroma with distinct characteristics of freshly cut grass, while the flavor is dominated by pepper and green almonds. It is medium-intense oil with mild bitterness and pronounced spiciness. Olives are delicately picked by hand in our groves and cold pressed in our mill within a few hours of the harvest.
