Punta Cissana EVOO is made from local varieties of olives grown in a region of south Istra, where the company is based. This particular blend of fruits, harvested from centenary olive trees, is made up of equal parts of Buza, Puntoza, Rosignola and Plominka olives, which result in one complexly equilibrated oil. Punta Cissana is very fresh, with a green fruit and grass smell. These are accompanied by well-expressed sensations on green radicchio, tomatoes and artichoke.

About Uljara Vodnjan

Salvela oils are made from fruits produced in our own olive groves. They are processed in a very short period of time after harvest and cold pressed. Processing is carried out as a two-phase continuous system, while maximally preserving their characteristic aromas and accentuating their green colors and freshness.
