Punta Cissana

Punta Cissana EVOO is made from local varieties of olives grown in a region of south Istra, where the company is based. This particular blend of fruits, harvested from centenary olive trees, is made up of equal parts of Buza, Puntoza, Rosignola and Plominka olives, which result in a complexly equilibrated oil. Punta Cissana is very fresh, with a green fruit and grass smell. These are accompanied by well-expressed sensations on green radicchio, tomatoes and artichoke.

Our wines and olive oils are entirely made in Istria from different groves. We cultivate and process indigenous grape and olive varieties in a sustainable way. What our variety of wines and olive oils share in common is that they represent the combination of Istrian tradition with modern production technologies and come from the peninsula’s very south – its sunniest and warmest part.
