Arula extra virgin olive oil comes from Buje, in northwestern Istria. Arula olive oils reflect the soul of the Istrian land, people and autochthonous olive varieties. In mid-October, three generations of the family pick olives by hand. Immediately after harvesting, the olives are brought to the mill, where cold processing begins. Thanks to the early harvest and speed of processing, extra virgin olive oil is obtained, full of flavor, rich in polyphenols and of top-quality
