Three Daughters Awarded for Manaki at 2023 NYIOOC
Three Daughters from Greece has won an award at the 2023 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's largest olive oil quality contest.
It feels fantastic and is a great confirmation of all the hard work of producing the oil on our farm and selling it in Germany.

The company, which imports its olive oil to Germany, earned a Silver Award for a delicate Manaki.
"It feels fantastic and is a great confirmation of all the hard work of producing the oil on our farm and selling it in Germany," co-owner Payam Imani said.
In the 2022/23 crop year, the company produced 20 tons of extra virgin olive oil. Despite the fruitful harvest and award-winning finish to the season, Imani said increasingly dry weather in Greece forced the company to adapt.
"In general, it was a good harvest," he said. "The main challenge was lack of rainfall which was resolved by adding new irrigation systems."
Held each spring in New York, the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition is the world's most prestigious olive oil contest. Its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
