We are very excited to be participated in at the NYIOOC for the first time and proud to produce one of the best oils in the world: Herriza de la Lobilla.
Alvaro Pallarés, marketing manager
The company produces extra virgin olive oil in Andalusia using traditional methods. Oleico Pallares earned the Gold Award for its Herriza de la Lobilla brand, a delicate Hojiblanca.
"We are very excited to be participated in at the NYIOOC for the first time and proud to produce one of the best oils in the world: Herriza de la Lobilla," Alvaro Pallarés, the company's marketing manager, said.
He added that while the harvest had been challenging for everyone in Andalusia, Oleico Pallares had worked to improve their production process.
"This harvest has been challenging for everyone," Pallarés said. "We have had to reinvent ourselves and look for better practices to make one of the best oils in the world."
